unterminated string constant

Hi Guys

Specs: Win10 PC running Intel 3.60ghz, NVIDIA PNY P6000 GPU, with 64 GB RAM Xenon W-2123

Today when I opened PPr 13.1, I got the above Run Script error. It seems to clear without issue when I click OK, but it is irritating and it shouldn't be there. I updated to PPr 13.1.5 but it hasn't made any difference. I have the same error when I open Ae although it is slightly different and says unable to execute script at line 4. Unterminated String Constant.

 

Has anyone had this problem and how did you solve it?

    Hi Anne

    I've only just tried reinstallation due to travel and I still have the same issue. Anyone any ideas how I ca stop this?

    Reinstall both programs and Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
