Update to Adobe 11.1.2?

I'm trying to update my Premiere Pro to 11.1.2 to be compatible with someone I'm working with. Is updating to a version this old still possible? In the Creative Cloud app I only see options for downloading 13 and 14? Can someone walk me through the step by step process of finding 11.1.2?
