Updated to PPro 23 causing problems

My computer updated Premier pro 23 and it has caused massive problems. When I open a project not all of the panels load (for example the timeline doesn't load until I press play on the screen). I cannot scrub through the timeline and if I delete a clip it does not disapear until I press play again.

Can anyone help please?

Use the CC desktop app, Uninstall, reboot, reinstall.

Before opening you can hold down any modifier key on launch now, and you get some options ... tell it to dump all cache files, then when it opens, see if it's working better.
