Upgrading is a problem. I lose all workspaces and color preferences

Everytime I upgrade, it doesn't bring over my Workspaces (which takes hours to setup everything- 4 monitor setup ) or color prefernces that I use for EVERY edit I do. This is getting to be such a pain in the butt. Forget AI folks, you need to fix the core issues before adding optional extras.

 

Please make upgrading exciting, not a total nightmare.

    We're sorry about the poor experience. While updating the app did you select the option to Import previous settings and preferences? Let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you were using earlier. We're here to help, just need more info.
