Upload .mogrt created in AE to CC library from CC App or Premiere Pro?

Hi all,
Is there a way to upload an .mogrt file that's already created in After Effects to a CC Library without going back to AE and re-export it?
I've tried to upload the .mogrt in the CC app but of some reason .mogrt:s are not yet supported. I've also tried to find away to export it from Premiere Pro, but can't find such feature.

you can copy or move the file to your cc sync folder, but it won't go your library.

Ok, I'll then assume there's no way to upload .mogrt files, created in AE, to CC libraries without re-exporting then from AE itself. Thanks you for your answer.
