Upload transcript (from outside of Premier) to sync with text based editing feature?

Hi,  

I have been working in Acholi language and have not figured out a way to get Premier to translate from English to Acholi.  I do have the interviews transcribed to English from a professional transcripton service.  Is there a way to upload the transcripts I have into the text based editing software?
