Uploading 360 video to youtube

Anyone have any idea how to upload 360 videos from Premier Pro to YouTube? I've been trying for years with Adobe tech support and have only wasted hours doing so. Although I can view my video as 360 on my headset through Skybox, it appears as an over/under video in YouTube if I upload the MP4 by dragging and dropping it, and as a distorted 180 video if I export directly from YouTube.
