Upon Opening Premiere CC 2019 - Error Message "A low-level exception occurred in: (Exporter)"

Question

Hello!Ever since I updated to the new Premiere CC 2019 I get this error message (image attached) every time I open Premiere regardless of what project I open. Google has turned up similar error messages, but all the ones I've seen have a codec in the message. As you can see from the image, mine simply says "exporter".I'm not sure what this means, nor how it affects my project. Any help and/or suggestions for getting rid of this would be much appreciated!Thanks!Sergio
