Urdu or Arabic Text Not Displaying RTL in Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 ver 14 in Graphic titles essential

I am unable to find any graphic templates for text  that will work with fonts right to left example arabic urdu etc.

Using the text tool and setting up in the preferences allows the text to type correctly and right to left .

However soon as i try to use it in any of the essential graphics it does not display right to left in any of the titles.
