*URGENT* Weird horizontal lines Premiere Pro Export bug

Hello,

I created a 1080 x 1920 video from this original 4k video downscaled to 1080p. The normal 1920 x 1080 format exports fine, however when I create a sequence that is 1080 x 1920 I get these weird horizontal lines upon export. I'm sure it can quickly be fixed by some export settings, so if someone knows how to fix this, please let me know. Below is an example of the weird lines I get when exporting.

*UPDATE* I was able to fix it after changing the format codec as well as ensuring that the video preset was set to "match source". I originally had it set to match source with the typical H.264 codec, however when I switched it to HEVC H.265 it fixed the issue. I will attach a screenshot of my settings in case someone has the same situation.

Your sequence setting is set to Upper which means its interlaced.

If you set match source it also will be interlaced. Hence the horizontal lines.

Set Sequence to progressive and problem will go away.
