Question
Use FI pop motion impact as a bounce effect not transition?

I want to make a gradually decaying size bounce effect to apply to a small logo on the corner of a video to call attention to it once in a while.
That means the logo would become larger, then smaller, then larger (but not as large), then smaller (but not as small), a few times and then settle to its original size.
I manage to do it using FI pop motion impact but it is tedious. A demo video is attached. Because the transition causes the size of the logo to start from zero, I have to nest it and cut off the first few frames so it starts from slightly larger than the logo original size.
Is there a simpler way to do this, without having to nest and cut off a few frames?
