I've got a ton of Mac .caf audio files  I want to use in Premiere.  but currently, Premiere can't use them. Is there any way to use them WITHOUT having to convert to WAV or MP3?  I've found a solutiion on the discussion board involving MPEG Streamclip. But unfortunately the stream clip is not updated for Mac OS Ventura, hence can not be installed.

I think MPEG Streamclip was discontinued, to be able to use .caf audio files

inside Premiere Pro, you will have to convert them to standard audio formats.

project
