Using Premiere Pro Offline?

Hi Folks, I want to be super productive so decided not to have Wifi at my new home so I get more creative work done with less distractions, yet I find that I can't use Premier Pro offline? Why is this so? I've paid fo rit and it's downloaded and installed, so whats the problem? So annoying....

Any advice would be really welcome, thanks.
