Using Premiere Pro on Different Devices PC & Laptop

I use Adobe CC on my PC and Laptop. 

The problem I am having is that when I open Premiere Pro or After Effects on my laptop, it always tries to load the settings from my PC including my PC audio interface. I've searched on-line and I have not been able to find a solution.

Is there a way to prevent Adobe CC from loading settings from my different devices when I open an application?

I am using windows 10 with one dive on both devices.
