Using titles to subtitle a video

Hi folks,

I am wondering if there is an easier way to use titles to subtitle a video, as opposed to the subtitles option?

The subtitles option doesn't work too well for me, I prefer using titles - more options etc.

The way in which I am using them at the minute is copy and pasting the titles then changing them etc.

Is there a most efficent way of doing this?
