UXP Plug-in MP3 Audio Playback not working on Windows

I am developing a UXP plugin. 

I am testing using Premiere Pro 26.0.2 (Build 2)

I need to play mp3 audio files.

On macOS we can play audio using a hidden HTMLVideoElement

This work correctly on macOS but does now work on Windows.

Is there any work around for Windows?
