UXP Plugin Does Not Work

Hello, I'm trying to build and use a UXP plug-in. I made a plug-in with the quick-starter template in the UXP Developer Tool and ordered it to load. Then the load works fine and the Premier to the plug-in window appears (I don't think there's anything wrong with json and html), and then nothing happens. For the test, I tried the code to get one window to float as below, but it shows up to the plug-in window but js won't run.

 

 

(It's my first time developing a UXP plug-in myself, and I actually don't know much about JavaScript or HTML.)
