v. 15.41 (up to date) constantly, randomly stopping during playback while editing.

i've run scan disk, used a variety of formats of video. just pauses. sooo frustrating while editing. goes 3-7 seconds and stops...help.

What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
Which type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
Have you tried deleting cache files?
