v24 - Project Locking bug - causes crashes when another system tries to open as read only

v24 doesn't support opening locked project files in other rooms, for us. When we try to open a locked premiere pro project in another edit room, as we often do to pull footage out of a locked project (in read only, obviously), the app crashes before the project finishes loading. 

Projected created and open on a Mac Pro (2021).

Locked project causes crashes on iMac Pros (2019) and Mac Studio (2022).
