Version 2017 : where is ctrl+$ ?

Does someone can tell me please where is the choice of arrangement of the texte (en Français : disposition / position du texte par rapport à un autre élément ) in the new version 2017 ? I mean : I'd like to put my white text in front of a red rectangle, but I couldn't find the ex hot key (ctrl+$) $, then my text is red...
