version 22.4 not starting fast as usual

Hey Guys,

Not sure if anyone else is having the same issue, when I launch premiere pro version 22.4 the logo appears showing that it has launched and it freezes for 3 minutes or so (no joke that long) and then it starts, I have rebooted my system, uninstalled it, I even uninstalled Adobe cloud and still the same issue.

My system Specs:

Windows 10 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X 24-Core Processor 3.79 GHz

128 GB (128 GB usable)

Had this system for 2 years now and never had an issue. Does anyone know why this is happening?
