vertical gopro to horizontal

Question

I accidently pressed the record button on my gopro with it sideways, when I import my video to Premier pro its vertical and if I try to rotate it the aspect is still vertical and you can't see the whole thing, I can rotate it in my player and it's full screen and looks and plays like a normal horizontal gopro video, how do I fix this

Create a sequence with the aspect ratio and pixel sizes that you want.Import the video.Place it on the timeline and then rotate.
