Vertical mode in Premiere Pro is failing.

When I switch to vertical mode, It just wont run right. The timeline lags, and can´t control the pointer for example.

Try converting the vertical MP4 files to a mezzanine format like QuickTime ProRes 422 LT and set the Sequence Video Previews to Custom QuickTime ProRes 422 LT. The files will be larger than the MP4s, but that's part of why they should provide smooth editing.

Shutter Encoder is a great donationware app to use for converting MP4 to ProRes. There's a long list of format options. ProRes is under "Editing Codecs".
