Vertical video - from Photoshop to Premiere - pixel aspect ratio

I've been asked to do an ad for one of those vertical LCD screens you see at airports/malls but I'm getting stumped by what the pixel-aspect ratio should be when in photoshop (square or rectangular and if rectangular then the orientation would be wrong wouldn't it?) and then exporting from Premiere. I'm on Adobe CC latest upgrades. Can anyone please help on this?

Yes, so far I haven't heard anything back from the advertising company so I assume it was ok.

Ok, this is what I think I have to do to get it correct with the pixel aspect ratio: set up Photoshop file as horizontal file (so all artwork is 90 degrees angle) with pixel aspect ratio on. Then when I've pulled the file with layers into Premiere I turn it all back to vertical format and then hopefully when exporting the aspect will be correct if I have square format turned off. Yeah?

Thanks, this seems to be too easy an answer but I'll give it a try and see what the signage company says when I send the file.
