Vertically scale Text

I want to change text setting vertically but I couldn't find any tool to do so in Premier Pro as Photoshop have. Can anyone know how to make vertically text settings in Premier Pro ?  I attached a photoshop snap for simplifying.

    Less eligant way is nest and uncheck uniform scale in the properties.

    You can use file new legacy title it has same text tools and features and you can always import psd files.
