After using warp stabilizer the render last very long (small clip can render for 3 hours). Over stabilized clips I get red line - does it indicate effor? Can you advice what is the reason.

Correct answer Ann Bens

Delete clips, add and edit like before. What is the duration (frames) of the cross dissolves.

If they are an odd number make then even.

If no show:

Extend the clip on both sides, add WS then add Opacity keyframes instead off Cross Dissolve

Red line means your stabilization is not correct.

Add WS again and see if the red line will go to yellow.

Do you have transitions applied? They will sometimes cause this behavior.

Thank you. I use Cross Dissolve. But I would like to use it together with WS ...
