Very slow start up: Premiere Pro

Premiere Pro always takes over 6-7 minutes to start up.

 

This has not always been the case and it got worse a couple of releases ago. I was led to believe the most recent release should have fixed this, but it hasn't.

 

Using Win 64 PC and desktop shortcut to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019\Adobe Premiere Pro.exe

Any ideas how to fix this slow start up?  I've searched this forum and Google but to no avail.

RESOLVED

 

Finally!  This now seems to have been fixed in latest update 14.0.1.  Premiere Pro now takes less than 30 seconds to start up.
