Video clips distorted (stretched) in output

Hellllppp, please!The video clips that I have imported in my Premiere Pro project are all distorted (stretched horizontally) when exported. I have tried everything like setting Pixel Aspect Ratio  to Square Pixels (1.0), New Sequence From Clip, Modify > Interpret footage, but nothing changes. All my videos show stretched horizontally without keeping proportions, and not filling the screen vertically.

Could you share the following details:Are you on macOS or WIndows?In your Project panel, right-click a clip > Properties (or Media File Properties) and note the actual resolution (e.g., 1920×1080, 3840×2160, 1080×1920 vertical, etc.).Then in your Timeline, right-click the sequence > Sequence Settings, and confirm the Frame Size matches your source.In Export Settings, check that the Width and Height match your sequence.Looking forward to your response.Thanks,Nishu
