Video Cut Short On Import

I have an iPhone screen recording that I have saved on my PC as an MP4. It is clear said screen recording is 1 minute 30 seconds long and the whole thing can be viewed in a media player on my PC. However when I import this clip into Premiere Pro CC the clip is cut to 46 seconds and the whole start of the video vanishes?

This is happening with all my iPhone screen recordings but I've never encountered this issue before with other video clips. I honestly haven't got a clue what's going on and the whole thing is quite frustrating so any help would be appreciated!
