Video dimensions changed after moving videos to one drive then back to desktop!!!

I was working on videos that I thought were complete. I changed the height and width of those videos' screens, then I changed the videos themselves.

Since more changes were needed, I moved those videos back to my desktop on a Windows 11 computer. Now the videos' dimensions are much smaller than the screen holding them.  Is this normal? I hope I didn't corrupt the videos!  Is it just a matter of resizing the videos?
