Video effects doesn't work with OpenGL nor Metal

I have been trying to apply lumetri color and few other video effects, but nothing seems to happening. If I change project renderer option to software only, premiere allows effects when I render those in timeline.

I'm running latest version of Premiere Pro with Mac Pro (late 2013):  High Sierra 10.13.4, 3,5 GHz 6-Core, 32gt RAM, dual AMD FirePro D700
