Video effects motion tool or transform?
I want to make a pan going left to right, the a right to left pan. Do I change the position and scale under video effects/motion or do I first need to drop transform over the clip? In other words, what's the difference between changing position/scale vs dropping transform on the clip and then changing position/scale? Sorry if this is confusing, still learning.
