Video encoding H264 for Youtube 1080p is too SLOW

I am working on Acer Aspire E15 (3.30 GHz,  RAM not sure).
I started video editing for not too long, the process of editing is freezing often but that's a not so big deal as encoding, when 40 min video takes to export 13 hours! Any suggestions?

    It is that slow because of a combination of shortcomings of that laptop:

     

    • It comes with only 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM (depending on the included CPU), and it isn't (easily) user-upgradable. Such a low amount of installed RAM is woefully inadequate to run any newer version of Premiere Pro well, especially since Windows 10 itself eats up well over half of that puny amount of installed RAM! That leaves you with only 1.75 to 3.75 GB of total available physical RAM to run all of the installed programs, including Premiere Pro. Adobe really needs 8 GB or more available, unused physical RAM in order to avoid choking under pressure. This will effectively mean 16 GB or more installed RAM is required.
    • The CPUs included with the E15 do not have enouigh horsepower to run any modern video editing app well. The i5 and i7 CPUs available for that laptop are only quad-core CPUs, and they lack sufficient clock speed (especially when more than a single core is used) to perform well in such an application.
    • If a discrete GPU is included, the GPU that's included with that laptop has absolutely no NVENC hardware encoder at all. And since you cannot have both QuickSync and NVENC enabled for encoding at the same time, Adobe disables QuickSync whenever any discrete GPU is installed. And since the MX150 has no hardware encoder to begin with, Premiere's encoder will be permanently locked to software-only encoding.

      In other words, the only way that hardware encoding will work with that particular laptop would be to revert your installed Premiere Pro version to 14.1 or earlier, as those versions support only QuickSync for hardware encoding. But do so before the next major version of Premiere Pro gets released, which is expected within a couple of months, as those older builds of version 14 will become permanently unavailable (and thus, only the latest released build of version 14 will remain available) once version 15 is released.

      What version of Premiere and/or Media Encoder are you using? Without knowing anything else about your timeline (what format your source footage is, what type of drive you're editing off of, what effects you're using) there's not enough information to tell you why it's taking so long to export. 

       

      That being said, the latest versions of Premiere and Media Encoder have GPU-accelerated H.264 encoding, so if you're up-to-date and your GPU is supported, then choosing one of the presets in the H.264 category should default to "Hardware Encoding" in the video tab, which will use your GPU to encode the file and should make exports faster. But again, without more information, anything anybody suggests is just speculation.
