Video export flickering

HI,

I'm trying to export a 2 min video but when I export the video flickers over the footage. Title cards are fine. It happens to all the MXF.

I tried exporting in Premiere and in Media Encoder. I also tried all sorts of codec.

Everything is progressive and 23.97.

I'm working off a MacBook Pro, the same project was fine on a trashcan.

Any tips is appreciated!
