Video exported with sound, with caption, but no video

Hi guys, I exported an 11min 39secs video from Premiere Pro using the default Match high bitrate setting, it's in MP4. But when it finished exporting, I got a video with sound and captions, but no visuals. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it? thank you!
