video exports over exposed

I used to record videos using my old iPhone Xr and they would export normal. I recently bought an iPhone 13 and now all of my videos export over exposed. In the timeline and the render in "export" the video is fine, but in the export the video comes out terrible. Any way to fix this?

Ann is correct. Your phone images are undoubtedly HLG, a form of HDR, and you exported probably to an SDR Rec.709 export without properly managing the image from HLG to Rec.709.
