Video freezes?

Hello dear community,I have encountered an issue with Premier Pro. Sometimes the video completely freezes, but everything else, including audio, is working just fine. I always have to close Premier and reopen it, which is annoying because it takes a lot of time for the videos to load in again. Shortly before the video freezing, I haven't experienced any performance issues. Moreover, are my videos mostly only 15 minutes long and shouldn't be too performance draining. I'm using a M2 MacBook Air, and it doesn't even get warm while editing most of the time. Does anybody have a solution to this?

Hi there, we're sorry to hear about this. Is this happening with any specific project or all of them? Please share the version of Premiere Pro that you are using & a screenshot of the Audio Hardware preferences window. Also, for testing purposes, would you mind temporarily disabling the captions/subtitles track to check if it's restoring the preview?
