Video freezes but audio plays – imported from Descript

I'm importing a video from Descript into Premiere Pro, but there's a section that always freezes visually the video stops but the audio keeps playing. This happens even after re-exporting multiple times. In Descript everything looks fine. Has anyone dealt with this before or knows the cause?

Thanks for the help and suggestions. I’ve managed to resolve the issue.
It turned out the problem came from the Descript export, but using their web link export feature solved it. Appreciate the help!

If the video has Variable Frame rate that 'might' cause Premiere Video to freeze.

If it is Variable frame rate - Try taking the video from Descript and process to make it constant frame rate and use that as the input to Premiere for editing.

A free program like Handbrake encoder can do that.

I'd also clear your Media Cache if you haven't done that already.

Post screenshot of clip analyzed in MediaInfo in TREEVIEW

Might need to convert before bringing it into Premiere.
