Video "Glitch" when Exporting Video in v14.4 on Mac (PC is fine)

Hi all,

My team recently upgraded to Premiere v14.4 after using the 2019 version successfully for awhile.

I am getting "glitches" in exports from my Mac that look like this:

• Projects are exporting fine on my PC
• It is not a team project.
• Video files are located on an external hard drive.
• It is a very old Mac, but it was exporting beautifully for years in version 13
