Hey guys!!!

I really need help with Premiere Pro 2019 is giving me a headache... SO i'm working with iPhone footage (i phone x footage to be accurate). As most of you guys know the files are .mov I drag them to Premiere to just kinda see what I was working with, I have 4 videos surprisingly 3 out of 4 videos playback without any issues. We then converted the files to .mpg .mp4 and .mxf (never had work with this one and was wayy to big) and ALL of them had glitching issues, out of the 4 videos some had issues in the footage other videos were perfectly fine but overall, all these formats didn't made my whole media smooth. We also check our Disk Space which we had plenty as well our RAM and had free space. I close all my tabs, restarted the computer, and even took the graphics like the outro and logo out to focus on the footage only. AND STILL is glitching, at this point I honestly don't know what else to do... I need to get this video done asap but i'm running out of solutions searching through the web hopefully I can get some help from you guys I would appreciated.

I'm working with WINDOWS 10 Pro

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz 4.20

Installed Ram 32.0 GB

Premiere Pro 2019 (v 12.1.2) about to update it to (v 13.1.14)

Why would you need to convert to .mp4 or .mpg or .mxf?

Can't you work with the original .mov? the only issue is that iphone might record at Variable frame rate, I would use handbrake to convert keep it .mov though but at a constant frame rate (24 fps)
