Video having black bars on left and right after export

My video when editing had no black bars anywhere on right screen but after I export my video and watched it, it came with black bars but it didn’t show me any at all on the right screen when editing but I was thinking just to zoom the footage in to delete it but it didn’t even change.

please help so I don’t have to redo the footage

when I change from vlc to the default windows player the black bars gone

This is an old thread that may not deal with your particular problem. Different players have settings that may appear to add black bars. For example, VLC has a "always fit to screen" or similar.
