I have a video that is 2.39 sec. I created the  video on my iphone using the video utility that record the screen. When I download the video my desk top I can view the entire video perfectly fine in window media layer.   However, when I import the file into adobe premiere the file becomes 133 secs long shorter and truncates the the video. Do you ever see this happening?  Do you have any idea why.    Dropbox - test.MP4

Here is a copy of the video  Again, why am I have this issue. now when I upload it in premiere 2019 it seems to import correctly

when I import it into 2017 it does not.   Any reason why this is happening?

I am having this issue as well trying to import a Quicktime screenshot video with audio that I recorded on the computer. Using 2017 Pro version. I've also had video/audio sync issues after bringing it into Premiere.
