Video in timeline is getting back tracked while running

Hi Everyone!

I am running premier pro on my brand new windows 11 machine for first time and while playing a video in timeline I see this weird issue where in video doesn't play smoothly and video is getting backtracked/stuck while running. Please see screen record that I shared to get exact details.

Here is my machine configuration:-

OS :- Windows 11

Processor :- AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700G

RAM :- 32 GB

Graphics card :- None, as Ryzen 7 5700G has inbuilt AMD Radeon Graphics
