Video is blurry after export

Hi, 

I checked a couple of similar issues and tried the solutions given but none were working so I try my luck here. So I edited a video and recorded my screen with a 1280x720 resolution. I also rendered my video so everything is smooth for the preview. However, when I export the video, it is blurry, especially the parts that I recorded from my screen. Here are the specs for when I export: 

As you will see, I need to code from the software as hardware encoding does not allow me to export. Is it the issue?
