Video issues

I took some videos in 59.94 FPS and well I imported these two videos they import but something strange happened. 

The video in Premier Pro the video plays normally but then it slows down and the audio stops. Primer Pro

says it was taken in 29.97 FPS and when I look in the video properties ( from the SD card) it says 59.94 FPS. 

I also attached a video to show what is happening and yes this does happen when I export the videos.  ( I apologize for not using a screen recorder)
