Video lagging after export

Question

I'm using Premiere Pro 2025 in windows 11.

I edited a video recorded with an iphone and it sometimes gets a bit laggy in the timeslider, but when i export it there's like 3 specific shots that look like still images. I tried rebooting both the pc and Premiere, and although the lagging in the program stops, the exported video keeps freezing those frames.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:
