Video lags after I put in title

I bought tieles from Envato Market, after I installed them in my premiere pro and dragging a title into the timeline, the whole movie starts to lag and go slow. As soon as I remove the title from the timeline, the video goes back to normal, does anyone know what this might be and if I can change any setting that will make it work?

 

I see now it's not only the titles I've installed but also the original graphics making the video lag. Simple graphics works but when it's a little more "advanced" effect the video don't work correctly.

As noted in a previous reply, specs on your footage and computer will help a lot. That said, the first thing I would check is to see if hardware acceleration is on for the project. If it's set to mercury playback (software) then change it to hardware. If you can't, your computer is old. If you have set it to hardware and it's lagging, likely your computer is a bit old and struggling to perform.

we're not psychic.  We need some very basic info

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card

And the properties of your sources and your sequence settings including pixel dimensions, frame rate and codec.

And by any chance are your sources from a smart phone or a screen capture utility?  If so, variable frame rate may be part of the problem...
