Video media not loading, but audio plays

Hi,

This issue came up randomly, without me updating premiere pro or windows ect. I tried to play an imported video and the audio plays(albeit after a short delay), but the video is frozen. This is in both the source monitor and the timeline. This project file was working perfectly a few days ago, and when I come back, this issue has appeared. I've noticed that the media is taking way longer to load(as in the orange/yellow sign comes up saying "media pending"), even after the whole project has loaded properly. Even in the project panel where all the imported media are stored, when I try and play the video within the project panel, the "media pending" sign comes, but the audio is playing.

This problem is only coming up in this particular project file, not in any other previous project I've made. This may not be relevant, but I've got over 10 timelines in this one project.

I've updated my windows, but this hasn't solved the issue...

Any help will be appreciated.
