Vídeo não mexe na temiline

Estou colocando os vídeos na minha Timeline , porem não mexe nem para a direita e nem para a esquerda , alguém pode me ajudar ?

    Hi @FRANKLIN_FALCAO3000,

    I read your issue. There could be a few things going on. I hope we can help you troubleshoot. Try Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout. If that is not working, launch pressing the Shift Key. Choose to reset preferences. Finally, you can either sign in or out as an Admin of the account if you are on Windows.
