Hi, my video offset itself when I render with media encoder?

Is this the new update that fail?

How can I fix this. I need an mp4 file so I have to use media encoder.

Yes these are dynamic link issues.

Same Problem, only that mine shifts to the left, so i got a cutoff border on the right side.

I can't find something relating in the stated known issues.. or are these the Dynamic link compatibility issues?
